We’re looking for a Content & Community Manager to help grow, engage, and celebrate our creator community — now thousands strong and rapidly expanding. This isn’t a behind-the-scenes role. We’re looking for someone who creates — someone who loves being on camera, telling stories, and experimenting with short-form video, trends, and social formats. You’ll bring Roomer’s mission to life through your own creative voice while also managing relationships with the creators who make our platform thrive.

In this hybrid role, you’ll combine creativity with community building: crafting social content that tells Roomer’s story while fostering genuine relationships with the creators who make it possible. This role is perfect for someone with a strong passion for travel and storytelling, who loves to experiment with content formats and has a knack for community building.

Community Management

• Manage and grow Roomer’s global community of travel creators — from onboarding and engagement to recognition and retention.
• Develop communication strategies to keep creators informed, inspired, and connected.
• Build a sense of community through newsletters, events, webinars, and community spotlights.
• Identify and support top-performing creators, helping them maximize visibility and earnings on the platform.
• Serve as the bridge between the creator community and internal teams — sharing insights, feedback, and ideas that drive product and marketing innovation.

Content Creation & Social Media

• Create engaging short-form videos, visuals, and posts that showcase creators, travel experiences, and platform updates.
• Manage Roomer’s presence on Instagram, TikTok, Threads, and LinkedIn — from daily posting to engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing and growth teams on campaigns that drive downloads, bookings, and creator sign-ups.
• Monitor analytics to refine social and community strategies for greater reach and impact.

• 2–4 years of experience in social media, content, or community management (travel, lifestyle, or creator platforms preferred).
• Native English speaker with high written and verbal communication skills required  (Hebrew a plus).
• Proven ability to produce and manage high-engagement video and social content is a must.
• Strong people skills — you genuinely enjoy connecting with and empowering creators.
• Organized, proactive, and excited by fast-paced, startup environments.
• Experience managing creator/influencer relationships or working with creator platforms is a major plus. 
• Skilled with social tools (Instagram, TikTok, Threads, YouTube Shorts) and familiar with creator platforms or affiliate programs.
• Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite.
• Passion for travel, creators, and community building.
