Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Customer Success Manager located in Israel. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, building and maintaining long-term customer relationships, and driving customer retention. The role includes handling customer inquiries, identifying and resolving issues, and analyzing customer feedback to continuously improve service delivery. The individual will work closely with various teams across the organization to enhance the overall customer experience and contribute to the company’s success.
