We sell across the UK and Europe through DTC Shopify stores, Amazon, and selected retailers.
We are growing fast and we are looking for a data-driven, conversion-obsessed Ecommerce Product Manager to elevate our online experience, accelerate sales and shape the future of our global ecommerce platform.
The Role
You will own the performance of Sensica’s ecommerce websites and funnels across the UK and Europe. You will optimize product pages, increase conversion rate, launch new features and landing pages, and elevate the online product experience with science-backed storytelling. This is a high-impact role working directly with marketing leadership, dev, CRO, design and Amazon teams.
What you will do
- Own and improve performance of Sensica.co.uk, Sensica.com, and future local stores
- Increase conversion rate, add-to-cart and revenue per session through structured CRO
- Build and test high-converting landing pages for paid traffic funnels
- Continuously improve PDPs with stronger proof, claims hierarchy, objection handling and UX
- Lead A/B testing roadmap and user experience experiments
- Launch bundles, upsells and cross-sells for Sensilight Pro, Sensilift and Sensifirm
- Collaborate with Amazon team to align onsite conversion messages and creative frameworks
- Track and report KPIs using GA4, Hotjar/Clarity, Shopify analytics
- Manage and optimize ecommerce tech stack (Klaviyo, Okendo, Recharge, Wishlist, Bundle builders)
- Collaborate with SEO team to turn SEO traffic into converting experiences
- Partner with growth team to improve landing pages for Meta, TikTok and Google ads
- Apply structured CRO methodology with hypotheses, experiments, analysis and deployment
You’re a great fit if:
- You have 1+ years ecommerce product or CRO experience (Shopify preferred)
- You think in funnels and KPIs: CVR, AOV, Bounce, ROAS, RPS
- You have launched or optimized PDPs, bundles, quizzes or checkout flows
- You understand UX best practices and love user insights
- You work hands-on in GA4, Hotjar, Shopify, and testing tools
- You’re comfortable writing requirements for dev and working with design
- You make decisions from data, not opinions
- You thrive in fast-paced DTC environments
- Bonus experience:
- Beauty / health / wellness industry
- Multi-country Shopify stores
- Amazon conversion optimization
- Landing page frameworks
- CRO tools like Convert/VWO/Optimizely
Tools you will use
Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity/Hotjar, Notion, Asana/Jira, Figma, Okendo, Shopify apps, A/B testing tools, Amazon Seller Central.
