Director of Product Marketing

For one of our clients, an international industrial company in the WATEC sector, we are seeking a talented and experienced Director of Product Marketing.

Join a global industry leader developing innovative water infrastructure solutions. In this pivotal role, you’ll shape product strategy, lead cross-functional initiatives, and ensure the company’s product portfolio stays ahead of market needs across Europe and Israel.

• Lead the full lifecycle of existing products — performance, profitability, and continuous improvement.
• Drive new product development from concept to market launch.
• Define the product roadmap and innovation pipeline aligned with company strategy.
• Conduct market, competitive, and pricing analysis to strengthen positioning.
• Oversee marketing materials: catalogs, price lists, sell sheets, and training tools.
• Collaborate with marketing teams on global messaging and digital content.
• Build product forecasts, business cases, and annual strategic plans.
• Lead cross-functional product development projects through phase-gate processes.
• Ensure compliance with relevant international standards and regulations.

• Bachelor’s degree
• Proven track record in product management or marketing leadership within industrial environments.
• Experience in international or global organizations.
• Strong analytical and business acumen with data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English – both written and spoken.
