Junior Social Media Manager (Freelance, Hybrid Tel Aviv)

Clients get a strategist, social media manager, designer, and media buyer.
We work across the UAE, Europe, and the United States with 100+ brands, and our media buyers bring experience from Meta and Google.
The role
Freelance junior social media manager to support day-to-day execution for client accounts.
Hybrid in Tel Aviv with one fixed office day per week.
Workload and pay
- 15 to 30 hours per week
- One to two days in the office (Tel Aviv)
- Rate: 50–70 NIS per hour, based on experience
Key responsibilities
- Plan and maintain monthly social media content calendars
- Daily engagement with target audiences, including follow/unfollow per approved playbooks
- Create simple newsletter workflows and campaigns
- Manage tasks and deadlines in Asana and keep boards current
- Support strategists with research, captions, briefs, and asset requests
- Attend online client meetings and share action points
Requirements
- Entry level or early career
- Strong written and spoken English
- Hebrew is not required
- Comfortable with Meta and LinkedIn publishing tools and basic analytics
- Familiarity with an email platform such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or HubSpot
- Solid organization skills and reliability with deadlines
- Confident in a client-facing role
Nice to have
- Basic design skills in Canva or Adobe Express
- Experience preparing simple performance reports
- Understanding of UTM tagging and content testing
