Integration Engineer

Integration Engineer | Ashdod | IAI – ELTA Systems

We are looking for an Integration Engineer to join the Land Systems Division at IAI’s ELTA plant.

The position includes:

• Working closely with project managers and system engineering teams

• Serving as the focal point between system engineering and production

• Performing system-level tests prior to customer delivery

• Supporting the transition from development to production, including participation in development tests

• Analyzing malfunctions in the production line and in customer systems returned from the field

• Monitoring and summarizing system issues, leading escalation processes with system engineering teams

• Providing support to maintenance and integration teams

What we’re looking for:

• Practical Engineer in Electrical or Electronics Engineering – required

• At least 2 years of experience – required

• Experience in radar system integration – advantage

• Knowledge in RF and familiarity with RF test equipment – advantage

• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills

• Strong troubleshooting ability and creative problem-solving skills
