Machine Learning Engineer

Role overview:

• Part of the central ML team
• End-to-end algorithmic lifecycle, including data analytics, development and prototyping of new models, production deployment, and monitoring
• Technologies & Focus Areas: NLP, LLMs, Generative AI
• Fine-tuning, prompt engineering, RAG
• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to convert ideas into algorithms and revenue-impacting products
• DeeperDive, LLM Personalization, Feed Personalization, Personalized Image & Text Generation

Requirements:

• MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering – mandatory
• 5+ years hands-on experience in ML/Statistical Modeling – mandatory
• Strong Python skills – mandatory
• Knowledge of Java or Scala – mandatory
• Proven experience with SQL, Data Analysis, and Visualization – mandatory
• Experience writing production-ready code – mandatory
• Experience with LLMs (Prompt Engineering, Fine-tuning, RAG) – advantage
