We’re looking for a Full Stack Team Lead to join our core development team. This is a key leadership role for someone passionate about building complex, high-performance systems and managing distributed engineering teams.

• Lead and mentor a team of full stack and mobile developers — including remote teams located abroad.
• Architect, design, and deliver scalable features across both frontend and backend environments.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and data teams to bring innovative features to life.
• Oversee integrations with external APIs and Google mobility services.
• Maintain high standards for code quality, performance, and reliability.
• Drive continuous improvement in development processes and DevOps practices.

• Frontend: React.js, React Native
• Backend: Python, Django
• Cloud: AWS (Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, etc.)
• Mobile (driver app): Swift (iOS), Java (Android)
• Integrations: Google Fleet Engine, Navigation SDK, Maps APIs

• 4+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• 2+ years in a Team Lead or Tech Lead position.
• Proven expertise in React.js, React Native, and Python/Django.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and microservice architectures.
• Experience managing distributed or international teams.
• Familiarity with Google services (Fleet Engine, Navigation SDK) — strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
• Passion for mobility tech, innovation, and building scalable products.
