Our team in Nesher (near Haifa) is looking for a full-time Ads Manager who lives and breathes the world of Meta (Facebook & Instagram)!

If you know how to crack a brief, love diving into Ads Manager 📊, build laser-focused audiences, generate hot leads, and enjoy working directly with clients – we want to hear from you!

🔹 Managing end-to-end campaigns on Meta's platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger).

🔹 Daily performance analysis, A/B testing, and relentless optimization.

🔹 Building strong client relationships and leading them to success.

🔹 Working closely with our team to meet ambitious goals and targets.

🔹 Developing winning creative and targeting strategies.

Who are you?

✅ At least one year of hands-on experience managing Facebook Ads – a must.

✅ A true team player who is goal-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

✅ A sharp analytical mind 🧠 with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
