We are looking for a creative, hands-on, and highly organized Marketing Specialist to lead our social media presence and build strong user communities.

This role suits a true doer, someone who makes things happen, moves fast, and thrives in a dynamic startup environment.

You will manage our social channels and online communities across Reddit, LinkedIn, Telegram, Discord and other platforms.

The role includes coordinating marketing operations and bridging product, engineering, and user feedback into actionable marketing initiatives. You will also support product launches and event participation while ensuring that our brand and messaging remain sharp and consistent.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, grow, and manage online communities across Reddit, LinkedIn, Telegram, Discord and other platforms

• Build and maintain social media calendars and content pipelines

• Support launches on Product Hunt and Hacker News

• Establish feedback loops between users, product, and operations to improve engagement and performance

• Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure a deep understanding of the technology and create clear, impactful messaging

• Oversee participation in conferences, demos, and live events from planning to follow-up

• Maintain and update marketing materials including brochures, slides, videos, and demo

environments

Requirements

• Three to five years of experience in marketing, community management, or operations in a tech-oriented company

• Strong technical orientation and confidence using digital tools and platforms

• Experience managing social media and online communities on Reddit, LinkedIn, Telegram, and Discord

• Familiarity with Product Hunt and Hacker News launches

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

• Fluent English, written and spoken
