This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Software Engineer, located in Mazkeret Batya. The Lead Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications. Daily tasks include leading a team of engineers, participating in the entire software development lifecycle, reviewing code, conducting system analysis and research, and identifying technological opportunities and improvements to ensure the highest levels of software performance and security.

• Strong skills in software design, development, and maintenance
• Experience in leading engineering teams and managing the software development lifecycle
• Proficiency in system analysis, research, and code review
• Knowledge of cybersecurity practices and IoT platforms
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Knowledge of advanced monitoring systems and rule-based engines is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Mazkeret Batya
