Business Project Manager

We are looking for a Business Project Manager to join the TAMAM Plant at IAI’s Missile and Space Systems Division.

The position involves leading multidisciplinary business projects and driving business development activities with customers in Israel and abroad.

The position includes:

• Business development with customers in Israel and overseas

• Leading business projects and managing customer relations throughout all project phases

• Identifying potential customers, strategic partnerships, and new business opportunities

• Managing negotiations with customers and business partners

• Demonstrating strong marketing and analytical skills to identify market trends and growth opportunities

• Leading multidisciplinary teams, ensuring synchronization across all project stakeholders

• Managing project schedules, risks, and budgets

• Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities

• Providing business and financial project status reports to management and customers

• Willingness to work additional hours when required

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.Sc.) – required

• Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) – advantage

• At least 4 years of experience managing multidisciplinary business projects with customers in Israel and abroad – required

• Willingness to travel abroad several times a year – required

• Excellent command of English (reading, writing, and speaking) – required

• Strong customer orientation and ability to work with clients both in Israel and internationally – required

Good to know:

The TAMAM Plant within IAI’s Missile and Space Systems Division develops and manufactures a wide range of advanced inertial navigation systems (INS).

These systems are integrated into airborne, naval, and ground platforms around the world.
