This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Software Engineer located in Mazkeret Batya. The Lead Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions. Daily tasks include leading a team of software engineers, performing code reviews, ensuring the implementation of best practices, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and participating in the software development lifecycle from conception to deployment.
- Experience in Software Development, System Architecture, and Design Patterns
- Proficiency in Programming Languages such as Java, C++, and Python
- Knowledge in DevOps Practices, CI/CD Pipelines, and Cloud Platforms
- Expertise in Cybersecurity protocols and best practices
- Strong understanding of IoT technologies and solutions
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Leadership and team management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work on-site in Mazkeret Batya
