The Opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Software Team Lead to guide one of our core engineering teams. This is more than a management role; you will be a hands-on leader responsible for the architecture, development, and delivery of our end-to-end Agentic AI product. You will collaborate with the R&D Manager, mentor a talented team of engineers, and solve complex challenges at the intersection of AI, data, and enterprise software.

What You'll Do:

• Lead & Mentor: Guide, support, and grow a high-performing team of backend engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
• Architect & Build: Take ownership of the system design and architecture for key components of our platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
• Execute & Deliver: Drive the end-to-end development lifecycle, from technical specification and sprint planning to deployment and post-launch monitoring.
• Integrate & Innovate: Lead the charge on complex integrations with third-party banking systems, data providers, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Collaborate: Work closely with product, design, and leadership to translate business goals into a clear technical vision and roadmap.

What You'll Bring (Qualifications):

• A strong background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of proven experience leading backend software development teams.
• Expert-level proficiency in Python.
• Deep experience in system design, microservices architecture, and building scalable, distributed systems.
• A strong track record of managing complex software integrations and API design.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to mentor engineers.

Bonus Points (Nice to Have):

• MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies (e.g., LLMs, RAG, agentic frameworks).
• Professional experience in the banking, finance, or fintech sectors.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and modern CI/CD practices.
