Electronic Warfare Systems Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Marketing Manager for Electronic Warfare (EW) Systems, with an engineering background, to join the Electronic Warfare, SIGINT & C4I Division at IAI’s ELTA Systems.

The position includes:

• Working as part of the division’s marketing management team

• Engaging with strategic customers in Israel and worldwide

• Leading end-to-end marketing processes – from presentations and customer interactions to RFP responses and preparation of technical and financial proposals

• Managing coordination with internal ELTA departments (engineering, finance, legal, and others) to deliver tailored solutions and presentations that meet customer requirements

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience of at least 5 years in marketing complex technological systems – required

• Academic degree in engineering – required

• Strong presentation and public speaking skills – required

• Excellent command of English (spoken and written) – required

• Military background in Electronic Warfare (EW) systems – advantage

• Experience in the defense market, particularly in SIGINT and EW systems – advantage

• Experience in product management within technology companies – advantage

• MBA – advantage

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team

• Willingness to travel abroad when necessary
