Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our IT team and contribute to the development and optimization of digital workflows across IT Service Management (ITSM) – and HRSD.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing scalable solutions, automating processes using Flow Designer, and integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems in a high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Development: Build and configure ServiceNow applications and modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and HR Case Management.
• Workflow Automation: Develop reusable and scalable workflows using Flow Designer and Script Includes.
• Design and configure Enterprise Service Center (ESC) portals to unify ITSM and HRSD workflows, ensuring a seamless employee experience.
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to align ESC content and service catalogs with organizational needs
• Experience with ServiceNow ESC configuration, including branding, layout design, and widget customization.
• Understanding of Raptor DB performance optimization for ESC-backed workflows
• Integration: Implement REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and Integration Hub to connect ServiceNow with external systems.
• Platform Optimization: Apply best practices for performance tuning, including asynchronous GlideRecord usage and minimal customization.
• Documentation & Governance: Maintain in-platform documentation and adhere to update set naming conventions and source control practices.
• Collaboration: Work closely with IT and HR stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business goals.
• Testing & Deployment: Follow Org Help Platform procedures for unit testing, client testing, and deployment.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience, with at least 3 years in ITSM and HRSD modules.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, and ServiceNow scripting components (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies).
• Experience with Flow Designer and scoped applications.
• Familiarity with ITIL v4 processes and enterprise-level ITSM environments.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or System Administrator (CSA) preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to ServiceNow Help Platform and Virtual Agent implementations.
• Experience with Knowledge Management, HAM Pro, and CMDB optimization.
• Ability to work in agile teams and contribute to roadmap planning and metric tracking
