ServiceNow Developer (10321)

Bynet is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer & Implementer to join our team and develop and implement solutions for the company's clients.

The role involves end-to-end technical ownership – from understanding business needs and gathering requirements, through solution design, development, and implementation, to deployment at the client's environment.

You will work on a variety of projects, develop automations and integrations, and help clients improve and optimize their business processes using the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain complex solutions and processes on the ServiceNow platform for the company's clients.
• Work directly with clients' business and technical stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, define specifications, and design solutions.
• Develop using JavaScript, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes.
• Implement and customize processes across various ServiceNow modules according to client requirements.
• Develop and maintain integrations with external systems.
• Ensure development quality, perform testing, troubleshoot complex issues, and support go-live activities.
• Provide professional consulting to clients and implement solutions in accordance with ServiceNow platform best practices.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
• Strong JavaScript development experience – MUST.
• Experience working with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and Flow Designer – MUST.
• Experience developing Service Catalogs and Record Producers – MUST.
• Experience independently designing and implementing solutions, from requirements gathering through deployment.
• Experience developing integrations using REST APIs.
• Understanding of business processes and the ability to translate client needs into technical solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to work directly with clients and multiple stakeholders.
