A leading global technology and infrastructure company is looking for a talented HR Business Partner to join the team.

This is a full-time onsite position based in central Israel near Ramat Gan.

What you’ll do:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles – from engineers and technicians to tech and operational professionals.
• Partner closely with managers to understand team needs and provide professional guidance throughout the hiring process.
• Get involved in broader HR activities – onboarding, engagement, welfare, and organizational culture.
• Work with global HR colleagues to align local and international HR practices.
• Be a true partner to the business, balancing hands-on work with a strategic approach.

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment – in tech, engineering, or industrial environments.
• Experience sourcing through diverse channels and managing multiple roles simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a can-do attitude and strong ownership.
• Academic degree from a recognized university (required).
• Fluent English – written and spoken.
• A committed, independent, and energetic professional who loves working with people.
