We’re hiring our first Sales Development Representative (SDR) to bring this vision to life - connecting with engineering and procurement teams, driving SOURCIX’s growth from the ground up, while working primarily during U.S. business hours to engage with our global customer base.
What You’ll Do
- Own and build the SDR function - be hands-on from day one, leading SOURCIX’s outbound sales development efforts and shaping our lead generation strategy.
- Engage potential customers through multi-channel outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, events, and webinars) to identify needs, educate prospects, and create new business opportunities.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and customers to nurture engagement and relationships.
- Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline, maintaining accurate records in our CRM.
- Understand the business needs of mechanical engineering and procurement leaders, articulating how SOURCIX delivers value.
- Meet and exceed sales goals, contributing directly to SOURCIX’s growth trajectory.
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent English communication skills with exceptional storytelling ability - even if you have limited sales experience, you can speak confidently and persuasively.
- Background in Mechanical Engineering or Procurement - you understand how technical and sourcing teams think and operate.
- Entrepreneurial and hands-on mindset - excited to build from the ground up and take ownership of results.
- Persistent and proactive - a true hunter mentality with the drive to learn, experiment, and win.
- Comfortable with CRM tools and data-driven outreach (training and support provided).
- Collaborative team player - eager to work alongside sales and marketing leadership in shaping SOURCIX’s growth.
- Flexibility to work primarily during U.S. business hours.
