Human Resources Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and solutions-oriented HR Specialist to join our team on-site in Tel Aviv.

Main responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from candidate sourcing to onboarding;
• Provide guidance on employment legislation and HR compliance;
• Support and manage payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor law;
• Communicate with, support, and provide guidance to international employees, assisting with integration, documentation, and HR-related inquiries;
• Implement HR policies and best practices;
• Collaborate with management to identify and address workforce needs;
• Promote a positive and engaging work environment.

Profile:

• Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related field;
• Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, and payroll administration;
• Solid knowledge of labor legislation and HR procedures;
• Excellent communication and organizational skills;
• Proactive, adaptable, and solution-driven mindset;
• Fluency in English, Hebrew, and Spanish (spoken and written);
• Knowledge of work permit and visa authorization processes will be considered a strong plus.
