Data Analyst

A Fintech startup developing advanced financial services for end users and international financial institutions. The company created a digital account app for under-served populations, including foreign workers and other groups not fully supported by the traditional financial system.

The account offers real-time money transfers to over 50 countries and an international prepaid Visa card.

The company is located in Tel Aviv, near the train line, operates a hybrid model with one day from home, and employs around 90 people, including 23 in R&D. It is well-funded with a strong financial backing and a large active customer base.

Responsibilities-

• Conduct strategic analysis on complex datasets, offering actionable insights for the product team and executives.
• Design, build, and maintain product-related user-friendly reports and dashboards, and present findings and recommendations effectively to various stakeholders.
• Build user journey data models using complex datasets to enable data-driven decision-making for product teams, executives, and the organization.
• Implement a comprehensive tracking and tagging strategy, defining standards and providing app tracking and data collection guidelines.
• Serve as an analytics domain expert, collaborating closely with Product Managers to drive the adoption, growth, and success of our products.
• Define the right metrics and KPIs for the right business outcomes, measure what needs to be measured, and report numbers with confidence.

Qualifications-

• Proficient knowledge of SQL, Tableau, and excellent skills in Excel - a must!
• Experience in product analytics tools and methodology, product instrumenting, data modeling, events, and funnel tracking, and proven ability to drive product insights.
• Experience working with analytics tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, Pendo, etc.
• 4 years of proven hands-on experience in an analytical product role.
