About the role:

• Manage an HR team and provide guidance and support to managers and employees in the business units.

• Advise managers on unit and employee management processes, focusing on HR aspects.

• Provide end-to-end support to employees on HR-related matters.

• Lead and partner in cross-organizational HR projects and initiatives.

• Work closely with HQ functions including Recruitment, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Employee Relations, Welfare, Compensation & Benefits.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing relevant studies.

• Previous experience in HR roles, including knowledge of labor laws.

• Experience working in large organizations and/or call centers.

• Proven managerial experience – a significant advantage.

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with multiple interfaces.

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between company sites.
