The Role

We're looking for a multi-talented, lightning-fast Brand Designer to join our growing team. You'll bring ideas to life across a wide range of formats—PowerPoint, web, video, and beyond—and play a key role in shaping how Perion shows up in the world. What You'll Do

• Design jaw-dropping PowerPoint decks that sell, persuade, and inspire—both client-facing and internal.
• Create, update, and maintain web pages (experience in web design and custom HTML a must).
• Produce motion graphics and short videos using After Effects and similar tools for product demos, marketing, and social.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to bring our story to life across digital touchpoints.
• Push boundaries with AI tools to accelerate production and experiment with creative solutions.
• Build and iterate quickly with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Midjourney, and other similar platform tools.
  
  

• 4–6 years of experience in a design or creative role, preferably within ad tech, digital media, or a fast-paced tech company or agency.
• Expert-level PowerPoint design skills.
• Proficient in web design and basic front-end development (HTML/CSS).
• Strong skills in motion design/video editing, especially with After Effects.
• Fluent in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, etc.).
• Comfortable using or exploring AI creative tools (e.g., image/video generation, content automation).
• Quick turnaround times during busy seasons — you work smart, move fast, and can juggle multiple projects.
• Strong portfolio that shows you're a creative thinker, visual storyteller, and design unicorn.

• Adaptable and collaborative — you thrive in hybrid environments, whether in-office or remote, and enjoy working with global teammates across time zones.

• Experience in B2B or SaaS marketing.
• Familiarity with ad tech platforms or digital advertising trends.
• Animation, 3D, UX design skills a plus.
