Position Overview
We're seeking an exceptional Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help take Jigso's AI platform to global heights and drive our go-to-market success. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making calls, booking meetings, and generating qualified leads for our sales team.
Key ResponsibilitiesOutbound Sales Activities- Cold Calling: Make high-volume outbound calls to prospects using our established frameworks
- Meeting Generation: Book qualified meetings for senior sales team members
- Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify prospects based on our ideal customer profile
- Pipeline Development: Consistently generate SQL (Sales Qualified Leads) to meet monthly targets
- Value Proposition Delivery: Clearly articulate Jigso's AI platform benefits, emphasizing time savings and data integration capabilities
- Objection Handling: Address common objections including "not a priority," "timing concerns," and "already have solution"
- Rapport Building: Establish friendly, professional relationships with prospects during initial outreach
- Activity Logging: Document all outreach activities, call outcomes, and prospect interactions
- Follow-up Management: Send timely follow-up information and maintain consistent prospect communication
- Meeting Scheduling: Coordinate and confirm meetings between prospects and sales team members
Experience & Skills
- Minimum 1 year experience in a SaaS technology company
- Native English proficiency for effective communication with global prospects
- Proven track record of cold calling and meeting generation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with CRM systems and sales tools including Hubspot, Apollo, Dripify
- Persistence and resilience when handling objections and rejections
- Adaptability to adjust approach based on prospect responses
- Goal-oriented mindset with focus on meeting booking targets
- Passion for AI and business technology
Based on our current team performance, successful SDRs at Jigso typically achieve:
- 15+ meetings scheduled monthly with consistent SQL generation
- 4+ meetings booked per week during peak performance periods
- High conversion rate from initial contact to qualified meeting
- Positive feedback on call quality and prospect engagement
- Location: Tel Aviv office with support for US hours
- Training: Comprehensive SDR training program with ongoing coaching
- Team Support: Work closely with experienced sales team members
