We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our HR team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a collaborative and dynamic team, drive end-to-end hiring processes, and directly impact the company’s growth

Responsibilities:

• Own and lead full-cycle recruitment processes for a variety of technical and ‘go to market’ roles.
• Partner with hiring managers (locally and globally) to define hiring needs and deliver the best talent solutions.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies, leveraging diverse tools and channels.
• Manage candidate experience end-to-end, ensuring timely communication and a positive journey.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline and candidate database.
• Analyze recruitment data and KPIs to continuously improve processes.
• Support and contribute to employer branding initiatives.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years experience as a recruiter or sourcer in a global Hi-tech company, leading the recruitment processes.
• Proven success in leading end-to-end technical recruitment processes.
• Strong sourcing skills and knowledge of relevant tools, platforms, and networks.
• Proficiency in HR interviews and assessing technical roles/skills
• Experience working with ATS (e.g., Spark-Hire Recruit, Greenhouse, Workday).
• Data-driven and KPI-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English.
• Creative and proactive mindset.
• Clear understanding of technical terms and roles within the hi-tech industry
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
