📈 Senior Economist – Strategic & Operational Analysis

We’re looking for a Senior Economist to lead strategic financial analysis and drive performance optimization across the organization. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for improving business processes through data and technology.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage budgeting processes and monitor discounts and profitability
• Oversee performance tracking and efficiency initiatives
• Conduct business analyses and develop decision-support tools
• Lead automation and process improvement projects
• Integrate data and reports from multiple units and systems
• Prepare high-impact presentations for senior management

🎯 Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics – mandatory
• 5–7 years of experience in economic/financial roles with focus on budgeting, profitability, and performance analysis – mandatory
• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
• Proven ability to integrate data from diverse sources and systems
• Technological orientation – experience with ERP, BI tools, and large databases is a strong advantage
• High proficiency in Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Proactive mindset with the ability to drive change and meet goals
• Strong interpersonal skills and team collaboration
