📈 Senior Economist – Strategic & Operational Analysis

We’re looking for a Senior Economist to lead strategic financial analysis and drive performance optimization across the organization. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for improving business processes through data and technology.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

Manage budgeting processes and monitor discounts and profitability
Oversee performance tracking and efficiency initiatives
Conduct business analyses and develop decision-support tools
Lead automation and process improvement projects
Integrate data and reports from multiple units and systems
Prepare high-impact presentations for senior management

🎯 Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Economics – mandatory
5–7 years of experience in economic/financial roles with focus on budgeting, profitability, and performance analysis – mandatory
Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
Proven ability to integrate data from diverse sources and systems
Technological orientation – experience with ERP, BI tools, and large databases is a strong advantage
High proficiency in Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Proactive mindset with the ability to drive change and meet goals
Strong interpersonal skills and team collaboration
