Native/Display Acquisition Manager

We are a leading media agency specializing in performance marketing, and we're looking for a highly skilled and data-driven Native Ads User Acquisition Manager to join our team.

Role & Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage high-performance Native advertising campaigns across leading platforms (e.g., Taboola, Outbrain, MGID, RevContent, and others).
• Conduct deep audience segmentation, creative testing, and competitive analysis to identify and exploit growth opportunities.
• Continuously A/B test ad creatives, headlines, landing pages, and funnel strategies to maximize engagement, CTR, and ROI.
• Analyze campaign performance data, optimize delivery, and translate insights into scalable acquisition strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing significant budgets and delivering measurable results on Native ad platforms.
• Strong expertise in creative strategy, funnel optimization, audience targeting, and bid management.
• Hands-on experience running performance marketing campaigns in iGaming, Lead Generation, and eCommerce verticals.
