Quality Assurance Engineer

You blinked, and the trading world changed - now help us keep our customers ahead of every market move. We’re expanding our R&D team and looking for an experienced QA Engineer to ensure the highest quality in our products as we scale.

This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about delivering seamless user experiences, highly organized, and eager to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, design, and execute manual and automated tests (approx. 50/50 split).
• Ensure the quality of our mobile applications (iOS and Android).
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks for mobile and backend systems.
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and designers to identify issues early and improve product quality.
• Create and maintain detailed test documentation, including test cases, results, and defect reports.
• Take ownership of QA processes — bringing order, structure, and best practices to testing operations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in quality processes, automation coverage, and product reliability.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of QA experience, preferably in financial or B2C companies.
• Hands-on experience testing mobile applications (manual and automated).
• Experience with mobile automation frameworks — Maestro experience is a strong advantage.
• Proven experience in writing and maintaining automation scripts (e.g., JavaScript, Python, or similar).
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test planning, and defect management.
• Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and business maturity.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working in a startup environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with mobile UI test automation framework (Maestro)
• Experience with API testing tools (Postman, Swagger, etc.).
• Familiarity with CI/CD environments and testing integrations.
• Knowledge of financial products or regulatory environments.
