R&D Operations Engineer (Temporary)

As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an R&D Operations Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will facilitate the seamless day-to-day operations of the R&D group, ensuring a smooth and synchronized workflow for all R&D activities and releases.

This position is temporary for 6 months.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with R&D, IT and Product teams to ensure timely and procedural releases
• Coordinate deployment and maintenance schedules
• Manage, develop, and monitor workflows and process automations to enhance efficiency
• Oversee the R&D Jira projects, ensuring they are well-organized and consistently updated
• Work closely with R&D leadership to support the management of KPIs and objectives

• Meticulous, organized, and detail-oriented
• Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently
• Exceptional proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills (mandatory)
• Hands-on experience with Jira (a significant advantage)
• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering (preferred)
• Experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies (preferred)
