Head of IT, Infrastructure & DevOps

A unique opportunity to lead IT and Information Security in a dynamic and fast-paced organization at the forefront of technology.

We’re looking for a hands-on, security-minded leader to manage our global infrastructure, drive IT innovation, and ensure our digital assets remain secure and compliant.

You’ll take ownership of a critical domain, balancing operational excellence with top-tier security practices, while shaping the organization’s technology roadmap and compliance strategy.

• Oversee all IT operations – including Windows Server, Linux systems, networking, endpoint management, and cloud infrastructure.
• Lead the implementation of security standards and best practices (NIST SP 800-171, CMMC2).
• Manage and secure AWS resources, Google Workspace, and enterprise identity systems.
• Administer Jira, Bitbucket, and other productivity platforms.
• Oversee network infrastructure (VPNs, Cisco Meraki devices, remote access) and ensure system reliability and data protection.
• Define and enforce access control, authentication, and device security policies.

• 5+ years in IT and Information Security leadership roles.
• Strong experience with Windows, Linux, and macOS environments.
• Proven expertise in AWS administration, IAM, and cloud security.
• Experience with network management, SSO, encryption, and BYOD policies.
• Solid knowledge of Jira, Bitbucket, and Google Workspace administration.
• Understanding of security frameworks (NIST, CMMC2).
• Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, Security+) – a plus.
• Background in defense or government environments – strong advantage.
