How You’ll Spend Your Time

• CRM Management & Data Hygiene: Manage and maintain our proprietary system, ensuring clean, accurate, and structured data to support forecasting, reporting, and customer record reconciliation.
• Workflow Automation: Design and implement workflows and automations that streamline sales processes, improve efficiency, and reduce manual effort.
• Reporting & Data Analysis: Use Excel, SQL, and BI tools (e.g., Redash, Snowflake) to reconcile customer data, track performance, and deliver actionable insights.
• Process Optimization & Scalability: Identify bottlenecks, improve workflows, and drive continuous improvements to help the team scale effectively.
  
  

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew (Must)
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; ability to handle and analyze large datasets
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools
• Familiarity with SQL and BI tools (Snowflake or similar)
• Strong organizational skills and time-management abilities
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
