A dynamic startup in Tel Aviv is looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Partner

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full-cycle recruitment process and hire top-notch candidates
• Source top-notch talent through internet research (such as LinkedIn, social network and more), networking, competitive intelligence gathering, employee and candidate referrals
• Maintain an active pipeline of candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Screening CV’s and coordinate the hiring process while working closely with hiring managers
• Conduct phone technical and F2F HR interviews including scheduling interviews
• Partner directly with hiring managers to understand their teams' hiring needs and team dynamics
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, maintain an excellent candidate experience
• Support HR projects defined by the department

Requirements:

• A Must: at least 2 years of proven experience in sourcing /technical recruiter - R&D and Analytics roles
• Full time job from our TLV offices.
• Experience with recruiting databases and Social Media recruiting platforms (such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Facebook and more)
• Ability to generate a high volume and high-quality pipeline of candidates under very tight timelines
• A plus - Prior experience in global recruitment for a variety of roles
• Data-driven with hands-on experience analyzing conversion funnels and sourcing metrics to optimize sourcing strategies
• Full professional proficiency in English and Hebrew
• Strong problem-solving skills, Fast thinking & Result oriented
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
