Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Or Yehuda, Israel. The Business Intelligence (BI) Team Lead will oversee the development, implementation, and monitoring of BI solutions using Qlik Sense. Responsibilities include managing a team of BI professionals, ensuring high-quality data analysis and reporting, and collaborating with various departments to understand their data needs. The role also involves ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of data extraction, transformation, and loading processes, as well as maintaining data warehousing systems.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in BI development with Qlik software - mandatory.

• Proven experience in managing a team of developers, including leading projects and meeting deadlines - mandatory.

• In-depth knowledge of SQL, building ETL processes, and databases - mandatory.

• Experience working with ERP systems - mandatory.

• Degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering and Management, or a related field - mandatory.

• Strong business understanding and the ability to translate business requirements into BI models and reports.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team, under pressure.

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including data presentation and team training, and the ability to work with senior management.
