Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager, reporting directly to the CEO, for a startup located in Herzliya.

Responsibilities:

Define product strategy and roadmap for initiatives to make the company product a destination where users easily control their activities from A to Z.

Ownership of the company internal product, managing it through the entire lifecycle, from ideation and design to successful launch and ongoing support.

Manage the technical aspects of product development, ensuring alignment with internal goals, standards, and procedures.

Continuously monitor the performance of our products, analyzing key metrics to make informed decisions.

Work closely with development and quality assurance to facilitate smooth development processes and product delivery.

Identify customer needs, pain points, emerging verticals, and market trends. Translate these insights into actionable product requirements to guide development.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in a technology-driven environment, preferably working on B2B software products, with a track record of successfully managing product development and delivery.

Highly technical product definition experience (APIs, Integrations, data exchange)

Proficient in using Azure (or similar apps.) for backlog management, sprint planning, and issue tracking, ensuring smooth project execution and timely delivery.

Proven ability to translate customer needs into user-centered design solutions that drive exceptional user experiences.

Proactive mindset, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Experience with E-commerce or/and financial services- Advantage
