Location: Hod Hasharon, Israel (with international interfaces)

Role Overview

Sarine Technologies is a worldwide leader in the development, marketing and sale of precision technology solutions for the evaluation, planning, processing, measurement, grading and trading of diamonds and gems. we are seeking an experienced Group Controller to lead the accounting and financial reporting domain.

This critical role will oversee global consolidation, financial reporting, local taxation and compliance, ensuring transparency and accountability for stakeholders.

The role includes close collaboration with auditors, management and cross-functional leadership across departments.

Key Responsibilities

·        Deliver timely, accurate consolidated quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and regulatory requirements in Singapore and Israel

• Ensure robust internal controls, compliance, and audit readiness
• Manage ongoing monthly closings, financial controls, and process improvements
• Partner with the CFO in driving financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis
• Oversee statutory and tax reporting
• Supervise group salaries preparation
• Act as the main liaison with external auditors, legal advisors, and regulators
• Support implementation and enhancement of ERP systems, internal controls
• Provide accounting guidance for complex transactions, M&A activities, and other strategic initiatives
• Lead and manage the finance team in Israel and guide subsidiaries finance teams abroad

Requirements

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – mandatory
• Minimum of 5–7 years of experience as a company Controller or senior position in a reputable accounting firm / public company
• Proven experience in managing and developing professional accounting teams
• Deep knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting for public companies
• Experience working with dual-listed or multinational companies – strong advantage
• High-level proficiency in English (spoken and written) – mandatory
• Strong command of Priority ERP system and advanced Excel skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a global organization.
