Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Training & Customer Operations Coordinator located in Haifa. The Training & Customer Operations Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and conducting training sessions for customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and support, answering customer queries, and maintaining records of all communication. Duties also include analyzing feedback to improve customer service and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Customer Support and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Ability to work on-site in Haifa
- Proven organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
