Penetration Tester

As a Penetration Tester at CyberForce, you will play a critical role in assessing the security posture of our clients and internal systems. You will conduct in-depth security testing, simulate cyberattacks, and provide actionable recommendations to mitigate risks. Your expertise will be instrumental in improving our security strategies and ensuring our clients maintain a robust defense against emerging threats.

In this role you will

• Conduct comprehensive penetration tests on applications, networks, cloud environments, and infrastructure to identify security vulnerabilities.
• Simulate real-world attacks to evaluate security controls and assess the effectiveness of defensive measures.
• Develop detailed reports outlining findings, risk assessments, and remediation recommendations.
• Collaborate with security teams, developers, and engineers to remediate vulnerabilities and enhance security practices.
• Stay ahead of emerging threats, attack techniques, and new security tools to improve penetration testing methodologies.
• Assist in developing automated security testing solutions and contribute to the improvement of security assessment frameworks.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in penetration testing, red teaming, or ethical hacking roles.
• Strong knowledge of penetration testing methodologies, tools (e.g., Burp Suite, Metasploit, Kali Linux, Cobalt Strike), and exploit development.
• Familiarity with OWASP Top 10, MITRE ATT&CK Framework, and other security frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with web application, network, and cloud security testing.
• Scripting and automation skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Industry certifications such as OSCP, OSWE, CRTP, CRTE, CRTO, GPEN, or other equivalent offensive security credentials are a strong plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
