User Acquistion Manager

UA Manager Role

We are seeking a highly motivated User Acquisition (UA) Manager to join our fast-growing Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing user acquisition campaigns for our gaming portfolio across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, optimize, and scale user acquisition campaigns across Google, Facebook, Apple, Unity, Applovin and more.
• Analyze campaign performance data to maximize ROI and ensure efficient spend allocation.
• Monitor KPIs, generate insights, and prepare performance reports.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, tools, and platform updates.
• Work closely with the CMO to align UA strategies with overall company goals.
• Explore and evaluate new channels, partners, and growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing UA campaigns in gaming across Google, Facebook, Apple, and Unity.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in campaign performance analysis and optimization.
• Familiarity with AppsFlyer.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing rewarded networks and other alternative UA channels.
• Knowledge of mobile game monetization and player lifecycle management.
