Enzymit, a cell-free production and novel enzyme design platform, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will support daily laboratory operations, assist in research and development activities, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Primary purpose and function of this position:

Full-time Job at Enzymit’s laboratory at Rehovot’s Science Park
Ensure full support across research and development functions.
Support all laboratory maintenance activities, including reagent preparation, calibration, cleaning, and verification of equipment.
Track, record, and organize laboratory inventory to ensure availability and proper storage of materials.
Maintain organized and complete laboratory records in compliance with regulatory requirements.
A motivated and proactive person with initiative, able to overcome challenges, and skilled in working with Google Sheets and Microsoft Office

Experience:

Previous laboratory experience (academic or industrial) is an advantage.
A bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related life sciences field is an advantage

Fast learner and well-organized with the ability to keep accurate records - REQUIRED
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - REQUIRED
Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to take on responsibilities and reach specified targets
Ability to work and think independently, as well as be part of a team.
