Department: Import Division
Reports to: Import Manager
Employment Type: Full-time (100%)
Working Hours: Sunday–Thursday, 08:00–17:00 | Friday rotation, 08:00–12:00
Main Responsibilities- Provide professional customer service in the field of ocean and air import
- Open and manage import files and orders
- Coordinate daily activities with overseas agents, shipping lines, and airlines
- Prepare and manage quotations and cost analyses
- Monitor supplier and agent invoices and ensure accurate billing
- Review shipment profitability and maintain cost control
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth operations
- Proven knowledge and understanding of international freight forwarding, with a focus on import – mandatory
- Operational experience in import processes – strong advantage
- Business English at a high level (writing and verbal communication) – mandatory
- Full proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel – mandatory
- Familiarity with Unifreight system – advantage
- Strong sense of responsibility and accuracy
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple shipments simultaneously
- Negotiation and communication abilities with a customer-focused mindset
