Import Coordinator – Ocean & Air Freight

Department: Import Division

Reports to: Import Manager

Employment Type: Full-time (100%)

Working Hours: Sunday–Thursday, 08:00–17:00 | Friday rotation, 08:00–12:00

• Provide professional customer service in the field of ocean and air import
• Open and manage import files and orders
• Coordinate daily activities with overseas agents, shipping lines, and airlines
• Prepare and manage quotations and cost analyses
• Monitor supplier and agent invoices and ensure accurate billing
• Review shipment profitability and maintain cost control
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth operations

• Proven knowledge and understanding of international freight forwarding, with a focus on import – mandatory
• Operational experience in import processes – strong advantage
• Business English at a high level (writing and verbal communication) – mandatory
• Full proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel – mandatory
• Familiarity with Unifreight system – advantage

• Strong sense of responsibility and accuracy
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple shipments simultaneously
• Negotiation and communication abilities with a customer-focused mindset
