Senior HR Specialist JB-47

Protalix, a growing biotechnology company, is seeking a Senior HR Specialist, who’ll focus primarily on Talent Acquisition and Organizational Development. He / She will report into VP HR.

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned HR professional to make a significant impact and drive new initiatives in an innovative environment.

The work is in our offices in Karmiel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition - Own the full recruitment cycle
• Learning & Development - Assess employee development needs, identify tailored solutions and coordinate training programs and organizational development initiatives
• Additional responsibilities may include:
• HR Business Partner - Support to managers and employees
• Performance Management - Manage the performance review
• Employee Lifecycle Management - Manage onboarding, role transitions and offboarding processes
• HR Operational Support, as well as maintaining HRIS
• Employee Wellness & Engagement - Plan and organize company events and employee recognition & benefits programs
• Partner with VP HR to design and implement HR strategy

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree - required
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar HR role
• Hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition - required
• Experience in Organizational Development – required
• HR Business Partner experience - preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel - required
