A cybersecurity high-tech company is looking for an experienced Help Desk Specialist for a diverse and dynamic role.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to company employees (hardware/software issues)
- Handle end-user equipment: computers, printers, phones, and more
- Work with Microsoft systems (Office 365, Windows)
- Perform installations, configurations, and ongoing maintenance
Requirements:
- At least 2 year of proven experience as an IT Help Desk / Technical Support representative
- Knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, and Office 365
- High service orientation, patience, and excellent interpersonal skills
