Implementation Specialist

🚀 We're Hiring: Implementation Specialist (Remote-friendly)

We're an innovative startup backed by top-tier investors and growing fast. We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Implementation Specialist to help new clients succeed with our platform.

In this role, you'll guide clients after onboarding, lead live training sessions, share best practices, and ensure they become confident, independent users of the product.

✨ What You'll Do:

• Deliver engaging live and virtual training sessions post-onboarding
• Tailor training to client size, complexity, and business focus
• Drive feature adoption and help clients integrate the platform into daily operations
• Share best practices and act as a trusted advisor
• Provide structured support during the first 60–90 days
• Conduct regular check-ins and track client engagement

🧩 Qualifications:

• Experience with customer communication tools (e.g., Intercom, HubSpot, Zendesk)
• Background in property management, real estate, or related industries
• Experience with video conferencing and screen-sharing tools (Zoom, Teams, Loom)
• Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and data migration processes
• Previous experience in a startup environmen
