Role Description

Join a fast-growing fintech company at the intersection of AI and trading. We are opening two seats for an Onboarding Specialist who can create a smooth, confident first experience for new clients.

This is a full-time, fully remote role for an Onboarding Specialist. The Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for guiding new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. Day-to-day tasks include conducting onboarding sessions, addressing client inquiries, analyzing client needs, and providing ongoing support to ensure the successful adoption of BluStar AI’s solutions.

Qualifications

Must Have:

• At least 1 year in a full-time VA role

• Excellent written and spoken English (beyond basic proficiency)

• Tech-savvy mindset; comfortable learning platforms such as MetaTrader, Zoom, and common CRM tools (training provided)

Nice to Have:

• Experience in onboarding and customer service

• Familiarity with the fintech industry

• Background in account management or executive assistance

• Confident presence on Zoom

Core Responsibilities

• Welcome and guide new clients through a structured onboarding journey

• Set up software accounts, track progress, and escalate to technical support when needed

• Serve as the first point of contact for new clients, answering questions and coordinating with sales and customer relations.
