Who Are you?
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to drive global hiring efforts for a fast-growing, international company. This role will lead recruitment strategy and execution across multiple regions (EMEA & US), ensuring we attract and hire top talent to fuel our next stage of growth.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on recruitment leader who thrives in a scale-up environment, combines strategic thinking with operational excellence, and can partner directly with executives and hiring managers to build high-performing teams.
If you are a learner and a builder with a “nose for impact.” You have a track record of identifying and bringing to life high-impact initiatives to strengthen hiring practices and outcomes. This is the position for you!
Your Challenge:
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for senior and business-critical roles globally.
- Develop and execute a global talent acquisition strategy, aligned with business growth plans.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline across multiple markets and functions (Sales, R&D, Operations, Corporate).
- Partner with senior leadership to define hiring needs, advise on organizational design, and shape workforce planning.
- Manage employer branding initiatives to strengthen visibility and attractiveness in key markets.
- Implement data-driven recruitment processes, ensuring speed, quality, and diversity in hiring.
- Select, manage, and optimize external partners (search firms, platforms, agencies).
- Act as a player-coach: leading by example, while also coaching hiring managers and team members on best practices
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership or regional/global role.
- Proven experience in scale-up or high-growth companies, ideally across multiple regions.
- Strong track record in executive search and senior-level hiring.
- Deep knowledge of sourcing strategies, recruitment marketing, and modern TA tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems).
- Excellent communication and influencing skills; ability to partner with C-level executives.
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach—comfortable both designing strategy and executing it.
- Passion for building teams in innovative and multidisciplinary industries
- BA/BS degree or equivalent years of HR-related experience.
