Arpeely is a Data-Science startup, leveraging data analysis, ML, engineering, mand ulti-disciplinary thinking to gain a market edge and exploit hidden opportunities in real-time advertising. Processing over 350k requests per second and serving over 20B sub-second predictions daily, we build and operate Machine Learning algorithms running on the world’s largest Real-time-bidding (RTB) Ad-Exchanges. Arpeely is a Google AdX vendor and serves clients spanning from startups to Fortune-50 companies.
What You Will Do:
Design and implement creative recruitment strategies to increase the volume and quality of candidates at the start of Arpeely’s talent pipeline.
Lead and develop the Talent Acquisition Team, fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment.
Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement and identify new opportunities.
Optimize sourcing channels—including partnerships with military units, NGOs, agency networks, headhunters, and recruitment companies—for maximum reach and diversity.
Build and maintain strong connections with hiring managers, marketing, and employer branding teams to understand evolving talent needs and promote Arpeely’s employer brand.
Champion projects and initiatives aimed at improving both the quality and quantity of talent at the very beginning of the pipeline, leveraging data-driven insights and innovative thinking.
Requirements:
6-8 years of experience in talent acquisition, with substantial time spent recruiting for technological roles and building high-caliber teams.
Proven leadership experience in managing and scaling recruitment teams.
Demonstrated success in employer brand marketing, partnership development, and sourcing strategies involving NGOs and military units.
Strong track record in leading recruitment projects that increase both talent quantity and quality.
Excellent project management skills, strategic thinking ability, creativity, and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
Outstanding leadership and communication skills, with proven ability to collaborate across teams.
