Join one of Israel’s leading insurance companies as a Salesforce Implementer, and be part of a strategic digital transformation initiative. In this role, you’ll lead the configuration, customization, and optimization of the Salesforce platform to support business processes and enhance user experience across the organization.
This is a great opportunity for a Salesforce professional with strong technical skills and hands-on experience in both implementation and support of enterprise CRM solutions.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and configure custom objects, fields, workflows, and approval processes in Salesforce
- Build business automations using Process Builder, Flows, and Approval Rules
- Create and manage advanced dashboards and reports
- Perform routine system maintenance, including user administration, security settings, and data management
- Define sharing rules and record-level permissions to support business access requirements
- Create and maintain users, roles, and public groups
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce implementation and support – Must
- Experience with data migration tools such as Data Loader and Workbench – Strong advantage
- Experience with Salesforce integration using REST/SOAP APIs – Advantage
- Knowledge of the insurance industry – Advantage
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Clear and confident communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
