Affiliate Manager

AutoDS, a fast-growing eCommerce automation platform recently acquired by Fiverr, is looking for an experienced and growth-oriented Affiliate Manager to take our global affiliate program to the next level.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for building and managing a scalable network of affiliates and partners. From recruitment to enablement to performance optimization — you’ll own the affiliate lifecycle. You’ll collaborate with marketing, creative, and product teams to drive measurable growth and revenue through strategic partnerships.

This role is ideal for someone who’s both creative and data-driven, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to turn partnerships into performance.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage day-to-day operations of our affiliate program, ensuring high partner satisfaction and performance
• Proactively identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates, influencers, and content creators
• Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling campaigns, assets, and briefs
• Review affiliate content to ensure brand alignment and compliance
• Track performance and analyze KPIs to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI
• Run competitor benchmarking and research to identify new growth opportunities
• Maintain strong communication with partners across email, Slack, Zoom, and social platforms
• Build systems and documentation to support a growing affiliate ecosystem

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or partnership management
• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and attribution
• Experience with affiliate platforms (e.g., Impact, CJ, PartnerStack, Refersion, etc.)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (written and verbal)
• Strategic thinker with the ability to build processes from scratch
• Highly organized with strong follow-through and relationship management skills
• Bonus: background in eCommerce, dropshipping, or SaaS
