The Cyera DLP Team is an innovative new unit dedicated to redefining data loss prevention through advanced AI and large language models. What you’ll do:

• Lead and mentor a team of 3–5 data analysts, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities
• Take ownership of customer-facing data analysis processes, ensuring high-quality, reliable, and timely insights for both existing and prospective clients
• Collaborate closely with the research team to support ongoing studies and develop innovative analytical approaches that enhance research outcomes
• Work closely with customers to understand their requirements, manage incoming requests, and deliver tailored data-driven solutions
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and performance of production data pipelines and analysis workflows in time-sensitive environments
• Innovate new methods and tools to improve the team’s efficiency and the overall impact of data analysis across the company

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis, with strong proficiency in SQL and Python
• Proven experience managing or leading a team, with excellent people management and communication skills
• Strong background in working with production data in time-critical environments, balancing accuracy and speed of delivery
• Demonstrated ability to translate customer and research needs into actionable data solutions
• Passion for innovation, problem-solving, and driving process improvements in analytics workflows
• Comfortable in fast-paced, collaborative environments with multiple stakeholders
