Validation & Projects Engineer – Pharma Industry

A leading pharmaceutical company is seeking a Validation & Projects Engineer for a challenging and dynamic role in a sterile manufacturing facility operating under GMP requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform validations for equipment, systems, manufacturing processes, and computerized systems in compliance with regulatory requirements (GMP, FDA, EMA).
• Lead engineering projects from planning through implementation.
• Manage projects for the integration of new equipment and systems within manufacturing operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Regulatory Affairs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering – mandatory
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in validation and project management in the pharmaceutical industry under GMP – mandatory
• Hands-on experience in validation of production equipment (e.g., Autoclave, HVAC) – mandatory
• Strong command of English (reading, writing, speaking) – mandatory
• Experience in process validation, scale-up, and cleaning validation – advantage
• Experience with cleanroom construction projects – advantage
• Background in aseptic/sterile operations – advantage
• Strong technical writing skills for protocols, reports, and other documentation
